During the talk there were points mentioned regarding design decisions made to make a website more aesthetically engaging and functional, for example the use of consistent iconography and smaller navigation bar.
In response to the talk I was inspired to consider making some changes to my website.
- Make navigation bar smaller, at the moment it is big and bulk which takes viewer focus away from the sites content.
